"I have had pain in my wrist at irregular intervals since I was at school 15 years ago, mainly due to computer work. About 1-2 times a year, I would walk for weeks with a hand splint to make the pain more bearable. It was a burden in everyday life and at work, and not being able to use my right hand with 2 children was terrible. I came to the Cell-Re-active Trainer with this problem, very spontaneously and unplanned, but it bothered me so much that I would have tried anything to get rid of it. I was fine during the training itself, but from day 2 my body started to work and 3 days later I had hemorrhoids! Pain in the intervertebral disc: "I am 62 years old. I started having problems with my intervertebral discs just after I turned 30. Not only that, but I also had a slipped disc. In spring 2019, the pain and movement restrictions were so severe that I could hardly take a step from time to time. Even four cycles of physiotherapy hardly brought any improvement. The pain therapy only made me tired, it didn't make the pain go away. Walking became a challenge for me, as did coping with everyday life. Then the Cell-Re-Active training was suggested. At first, I did not want it, but after nothing had improved my movement and pain, I agreed. I have to say that I'm sorry that I didn't... start the Cell-Re-Active training program earlier.
